Training Terms of Use

1. Terms

By accessing this Training module or PDF file, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Training module or PDF file. The materials contained in this Training module and PDF file are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. Use License

1. Permission is granted to temporarily access and use the Training module and PDF file for internal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

   1. have access to the Training module longer than the agreed upon time period;

   2. have more than one person using the same email to access the Training module;

   3. have more emails/employees accessing the Training module than agreed upon;

   4. use the Training PDF before the agreed upon number of employees have completed the Training module;

   5. use the Training PDF file after a year has passed since the Training module was first sent out;

   6. show or give access to the Training module or PDF file to any person who is not an employee of your organization’s department;

   7. modify or copy the materials;

   8. use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);

   9. attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any materials contained on the Training’s Module or PDF file;

   10. remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or

   11. transfer the materials to another person outside of your organization’s department or 'mirror' the materials on any other server.

2. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by VisitAble LLC at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

 

3. Disclaimer

The materials on the Training module and PDF file are provided 'as is'. VisitAble LLC makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, VisitAble LLC does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its Training module or PDF file, or otherwise relating to such materials, or on any sites mentioned in the Training module or PDF file.

4. Limitations

In no event shall VisitAble LLC be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on VisitAble’s Training module and PDF file, even if VisitAble LLC or an authorized of VisitAble LLC has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

The materials appearing on the Training module and PDF file may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. VisitAble LLC does not warrant that any of the materials on its Training module or PDF file are accurate, complete, or current. VisitAble LLC may make changes to the materials contained on its Training module and PDF file at any time without notice. VisitAble LLC does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.

VisitAble LLC has not reviewed all of the sites linked on its Training module and PDF file and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by VisitAble LLC of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

7. Training Terms of Use Modifications

VisitAble LLC may revise these Terms of Use for its Training module and PDF file at any time without notice. By using the Training module or PDF file, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms of Use.

8. Governing Law

Any claim relating to VisitAble LLC’s Training module or PDF file shall be governed by the laws of VisitAble LLC’s home jurisdiction without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
