Parking
Description of Section
This includes the number of accessible spaces, the distance of the accessible spaces from the accessible entrance, and the accessibility of the path from the accessible spaces to the sidewalk that the entrance is on (includes curb ramps).
Details
There are 4 accessible parking spaces which are less than 100 feet away from the entrance
The pathway to get on the sidewalk from the accessible parking spaces has an accessible curb ramp, however there is no slip-resistant material on the curb ramp

Entrance
Description of Section
This includes how easy it is to find the accessible entrance, steps/ramps/pathways from the curb ramp/sidewalk to the door, width of entrance door, lip under the entrance door, presence of automatic door openers, reachability of the door handle, and the weight of the door.
Details
Both the entrance and the exit have two automatic doors
The doors are wide enough and the lips underneath the doors are not hard to navigate over
The path is neither bumpy nor inclined getting to the door once getting on the sidewalk

Water/ Refreshments/ Samples
Description of Section
This includes the accessibility of water fountains/drinking coolers (height off the ground & space around), the reachability of complimentary water/refreshments/samples, and whether or not employees get and transport complimentary water/refreshments/samples for you.

There is a water fountain near the bathrooms at the front of the store which is at an accessible height with leg/foot room

Description of Section
This includes the reachability of products that the location sells, the weight of the products the location sells, and the methods available for carrying around products.
Details
Some products are hard to reach and/or heavy
The establishment is a little too big for employees to be checking up on you while you shop, however there should be one close by that you could ask for help reaching, carrying, or getting something
To carry around products, this establishment provides regular shopping carts and small hand baskets in the beauty/make-up area

Interior Pathways
Description of Section
This includes accessibility of lifts/ramps/elevators, signage to find accessibility features, widths of pathways, cleanliness of pathways, how steep pathways are, presence of inaccessible areas, and the weight/lip/height of handles & knobs of doors not covered by other sections.
Details
Almost all pathways are at least 3 feet wide, with a few exceptions
Some furniture might prevent a clear 3-feet wide aisle
There could be objects in the way in the sports/toys area
Columns with full-length mirrors split some aisles in two (at least in the shoe section), making each part of the aisle around the mirror less than 32 inches wide
There could be clothes racks in the way when trying to get to the fitting rooms
There are no inaccessible areas
There are seats near or in the: entrance, shoe area, and fitting rooms, and there is seating for sale that customers can sit on

Fitting Room
Description of Section
This includes the dimensions of benches in the fitting rooms, how much weight the benches can support in the fitting rooms, the spaciousness of the fitting rooms, the presence of hooks at an accessible height, the weights of the fittings rooms' doors, the height of the fitting room door handles off the floor, the presence of full length mirrors, and the presence of grab bars in the fitting rooms around the benches.
Details
There are men’s and women’s accessible fitting rooms in the back left of the store (from the entrance), which aren’t labeled as accessible
There is a bench in the accessible fitting rooms that is able to support at least 250 pounds, 17-19 inches off the floor, at least 42 inches long, between 20-24 inches wide, and against the wall
There are 3 hooks at accessible heights in the accessible fitting rooms
The doors to the accessible fitting rooms are not too heavy and have handles at accessible heights off the floor
There are full length mirrors in the accessible fitting rooms but no grab bars next to the benches

Point of Sale
Description of Section
This includes the height of the counters where customers pay at, the reachability of everything at the point of sale counters, the presence of a removable tablet/card reader, and if customers are offered bags with handles.
Details
The point of sale counters are at good heights
The card readers in the point of sale area where you pay are not at accessible heights- while the card readers might be reachable for some customers, the card readers are a little too high to see the screen and all the buttons
There are bags with handles
Section
Bathroom
Description of Section
This includes bathrooms being labeled as accessible, the width of bathroom and accessible stall doors, location of doors, height of door openers off the floor, weight of doors, presence of appropriate grab bars, the ability for a customer using a wheelchair to completely turn around in the bathroom/accessible stall, the height of the flush controls off the floor, the reachability of the sink/toilet paper/soap/drying equipment/lights, and the height of mirrors off the floor.
Details
There are two bathrooms that are not labeled as accessible but are spacious and have the appropriate grab bars
The toilet paper is 9-15 inches away from the fronts of the toilets
The sinks, mirrors, and drying equipment are at accessible heights, but the soap could be considered unreachable in at least one of the bathrooms
The bathroom doors are a little heavy and difficult to open, but they have wide doorways, no lips under the doors, and handles at accessible heights

This includes the presence of accessibility features to make this establishment go above and beyond the accessibility of other establishments of the same type.

There are hooks at accessible heights on the back of the bathroom doors
