Twice is Nice (TIN 1)

Staff is friendly, and ready to help however they can. For example, staff can help: get and bring you any items, move furniture out of the way, find what you are looking for, and open and close any doors.

There are 2 parking spaces labeled as accessible near the entrance to Twice is Nice. One of the parking spaces is near Preston Avenue, about 130 feet from the entrance, and the other is in front of Integral Yoga Natural Foods on the other side of the entrance, about 100 feet away. Both of these spots: are not van accessible, are the appropriate width for standard accessible spaces, and have access aisles next to them that are not the appropriate width for standard or van accessible access aisles.

The main entrance has double doors, where each door has a clear width of about 29 inches wide. If both doors are not already open, staff members are happy to open both doors to help customers enter. You can reach them at (434) 293-8319.

The Men’s Clothing Section can only be accessed by a step that is 3-3.5 inches tall or a step that is about 7 inches tall. Staff members are happy to help out and bring merchandise to customers from this section upon request.

There is a section of this location with more furniture and decorative items, which is past the Men’s Clothing Section. In order to access this section without taking any steps, staff members must unlock another door to the right of the main entrance, which has a 32-inch clear width. Staff members are happy to help with this upon request - customers can either go inside the main entrance door and ask for assistance or call (434) 293-8319.

For the most part, pathways are at least 36 inches wide, except around some merchandise aisles and the pathway to the employee-facing space, which is needed in order to access the bathroom, where the pathway is 27 inches wide right before the “Employees Only” door.

There are two fitting rooms near the front which may be a tight fit for some customers using wheelchairs, and a slightly bigger fitting room in the back. Please reference the pictures above or our "Accessibility Test Results" for more details about their accessibility. If none of these fittings rooms work for you, feel free to ask employees if there’s a space in the “Employees Only” area that’s bigger for changing and trying clothing items on.

There are carpets and rugs throughout the location.

There are only hand baskets available for carrying products.
