Staff is friendly, and ready to help however they can. For example, staff can help: get and bring you any merchandise/beer, put away dishes/trash after you finish, move chairs out of the way, move the briefcase ramp so you can access the outside seating area, and open and close any doors.

There is a gravel parking lot with 2 accessible parking spaces, both less than 100 feet away from the entrance.

There is an updated beer list on the “On Tap” page of Decipher Brewing’s website as well as on “Untappd”, which includes information about if any of the beer products contain lactose, nuts, and/or other allergens.

By downloading and using the “Arryved” application on your mobile device, customers can start and close tabs by themselves. This takes care of payment, but customers will have to go up to the bar to order the beer they would like, and the staff member behind the bar can bring the beer to the table of the customer upon request.

This location is dog-friendly, so there may be dogs inside during your visit.

There are high ceilings in this location, so acoustics may not be ideal for some customers. There is an outside seating space that may be more ideal for communication, and is usually more quiet.

The outside seating area that has a small step from a concrete slab to the mulch outside, however there is a ramp that can be provided by request (if not provided automatically).

There are whiteboards and markers behind the bar for alternative communication that are available upon request, please ask a staff member if you would like to use these.

There is an incline upwards to get to the entrance door from the parking lot, and there is a slight lip from the parking lot surface to the sidewalk. Staff members are happy to assist in any way upon request, you can reach them at (434) 995-5777.

The bar counter is a little tall, as well as some snacks, some items in the fridge, and merchandise, but staff are more than happy to help get and transport anything for you.

At some points, there is only one employee working who stays behind the bar, so you might have to request assistance for certain things vs. being proactively offered help.
