There are no fold-down seats in the showers and tubs. Instead, this hotel uses shower chairs that look like this.
The hotel also has bath boards for guests to use in the accessible rooms with tubs. The next picture shows a different angle of what the bath boards look like.
Here you can see what the roll-in showers look like at this hotel. There is a holder for soap/shampoo/conditioner, grab bars, and no elevation between the bathroom and shower floors.

You can see in this picture how accessible rooms are labeled in the hotel. There is a wheelchair symbol underneath the room number on the wall. You can also see that their is a peep hole at an accessible height and that the room key/card slot and the door handle are at good heights.
This picture and the next couple pictures show what the only accessible suite in the hotel looks like. In this picture you can see the entrance pathway is clear and considerably wider than 3-feet. In the right side of the picture, you can also see a shelf at an accessible height.
This picture shows what the main room looks like. You can see the accessible (more than 3-foot wide) pathway. The shelf in the back was the one shown on the right side of the previous picture.
There is no desk in this suite. Instead there is a table with a tv on the end of it. There are no legs coming from the middle of the table, the legs are on the two corners opposite the wall.
There are two accessible parking spaces in the front of the hotel which are shown here.
Between the spaces is a curb ramp to get to the first sidewalk in the path to the front entrance from these spaces. The fastest way to get to the hotel from these spaces is to turn right after the curb ramp.
After you turn right after the first curb ramp, you go to the corner of the sidewalk and cross the street. This is what the path looks like crossing the street.

There are no fold-down seats in the roll-in showers and tubs in the accessible rooms. Instead, this hotel provides shower chairs (with backs on them) and bath boards. Please see pictures for more information and to see them for yourself!
There are 5 accessible rooms with tubs: 2 studios (bed is in same room as couch and desk) with a King bed, 2 studios with double Queen beds, and 1 one-bedroom suite with a King bed. There are 2 accessible rooms with roll-in showers: 1 studio with a King bed and 1 studio with double Queen beds. Please see pictures for more details.
Employees can remove the bed frame for you if you need the bed to be lower upon request. For the beds in accessible rooms, the distance from the floor to the top of the mattress is 22-24 inches. For beds in other rooms, the distance is 24-28 inches.
There is a shuttle (which is a full-sized van) that can take guests anywhere within a 5 mile radius (does not include trips to and from the airport) from 7 AM-7 PM with steps going up to the seats, which we consider inaccessible. Please see the pictures to see if it is accessible to you. It is important to book this in advanced as it is often used by groups.
There is a fold-out couch in every room.
Some items included in the hotel breakfast might be hard to reach or carry for some guests, however there are employees around that are happy to help (with getting/carrying items or with chairs/tables) upon request in the breakfast area
There is an extra wheelchair, a step stool, a grabber tool, 2 canes, a walker with a seat, crutches, and at least 7 shower chairs. Feel free to ask the front desk for any of these things.
There is a shorter distance from accessible parking to an accessible entrance if you park in the back of the hotel. Please see pictures for more details.
Some items might be difficult to reach for some guests in the fridge next to the check-in desk. The employees at the check-in/front desk are more than happy to assist you in any way possible!
Employees at the front/check-in desk and at the Starbucks/Bar area are more than happy to help with rearranging tables, moving chairs, holding chairs still, making coffee for you, getting food and drinks, transporting food and drinks, and anything else you might need upon request.
Feel free to leave your dishes and trash at your table during breakfast, and the employees will happily clean up after you!
There are phones in the pool area, fitness room, guest laundry room, and other areas. Give the front desk a call if you need assistance with anything in these areas.
