Shown is the front of Robinson House and front plaza within which holds a visitor center for Richmond Region Tourism. The structure is 3 stories with a white facade, and has 3 windows on each story of the front face of the building. The plaza is a stone surface leading to concrete steps with handrails, then a sidewalk, then a set of brick steps with handrails up to the front entrance (not the primary accessible entrance).

Pictured is some informational signage to the left side of the front plaza. It is set upon grass, atop a 2 foot retaining wall, to the left of the first set of steps at the front entrance. There is a hose laying on the ground to the immediate front and right of the sign. There are no braille, tactile, or digital alternatives for this sign.

Shown is the main identification signage for the Robinson House, which is on the right side of the main plaza, atop of the retaining wall, set back in the grass by about two to three feet. The sign is a stone surface with white lettering. The sign also indicates that the accessible entrance is in the rear, with the international symbol of accessibility. There are no braille, tactile, or digital alternatives for this sign.

Shown is the path from the main plaza to the accessible parking, looking to the right. The surface is stone pavers, and is at least 36 inches wide. There are some planter pots to the right along the path, and a bench to the left against the retaining wall.

The surface inside of the location is mostly hardwood floors and some tile near the restrooms, and almost all chairs and benches have seating surfaces at 17-19 inches above the floor, and most all pathways are 36 inches wide or greater.
