There are two accessible spaces parallel to Seminole Trail which are the closest accessible spaces to the most accessible entrance, less than 100 feet away. There is a slight angle upwards towards the curb signs. Both of these spaces are not van accessible.
The pathway to the entrance from these accessible spaces is right across the parking lot.
There is one curb ramp that on the way to the accessible entrance from these parking spaces, which is the most accessible curb ramp. The curb ramp has about a 0.5-inch lip/vertical change to get on the curb ramp, the edges of the curb ramp/sidewalk are not marked with contrasting paint, the slope of the curb ramp is accessible, and the width of the curb ramps is more than 60 inches. There is no truncated domes on this curb ramp, and there is a black mat beyond the curb ramp that is not thicker than a 1/2 inch.
Past the black mat is the exterior entrance door to get into the location. The handle is accessible and at an accessible height on both sides of the door. The door goes both ways so that you can pull or push to enter and exit, and there is maneuvering clearance next to the door. The door is a glass door but there is trim around the door.

This location is dog-friendly.
There are 2 accessible parking spaces that are less than 100 feet away from the entrance and 1 that is about 120-130 feet away from the entrance, and all 3 of them are standard accessible spaces, but not van accessible. The accessible parking spaces are on slight slopes. There is one parking space labeled as accessible that does not have an access aisle/marked out space next to it - we are not counting this when we mention these 3 spaces.
There are two entrances, one that is facing Seminole Trail, and one that is facing perpendicular to Seminole Trail. We suggest parking across from and using the entrance facing Seminole Trail, as the curb ramp is more accessible and the entrance doors are much lighter.
All seats, desks, counters, and tables are at accessible heights.
If you prefer having a conversation with a staff member in an area separate from the main area, there is a conference room that staff members can take you to upon request, if the room is available at the time of your visit.
The entire location is carpeted, but the carpet is less than 1/2 inch thick.
There is an accessible ATM between the exterior and interior entrance doors that face Seminole Square, which has a speech mode. You need to insert headphones into the headphone jack to initiate speech mode, and there are extra headphones for customers to use behind the teller counters which can be borrowed upon request during normal business hours.
