Minerals & Mystics

There are two accessible parking spaces that are about 100 feet away from the entrance of Minerals and Mystics when using the curb ramp closest to the spaces.

There is a "Ring" doorbell for customers on the right side of the door. The button is about 51-52 inches off the ground, which could be considered difficult to reach for some customers. During the pandemic, the door remains locked and customers must ring the doorbell or call the location to get inside (if an employee doesn't see the customer outside automatically).

In the back of the store, near shelves that are placed almost diagonal to the layout of the location is the most narrow pathway in the store. It is still 34-35 inches wide.

Some of the merchandise can be difficult to see, reach, or carry due to its height off the floor or the weight of the item. Staff members are happy to help however they can upon request.

The top of the check-out counter is about 39 inches above the floor, which could be considered inaccessible for some customers. Staff takes credit cards for you and are happy to provide a clipboard if any signing is needed.
