Parking
Description of Section
This includes the number of accessible spaces, the distance of the accessible spaces from the accessible entrance, and the accessibility of the path from the accessible spaces to the sidewalk that the entrance is on (includes curb ramps).
Details
There are 3 accessible parking spaces, all of them being van-accessible, that are less than 100 feet away from the entrance
The parking lot is made of smooth pavement, but is slightly at an angle downwards towards Speak!
The path to the sidewalk from the accessible spaces is slightly angled from the 2 spaces that are across the parking lot, at least 36 inches wide, does not have a lip, and the curb ramp is accessible and contains a contrasting yellow surface with truncated domes

Entrance
Description of Section
This includes how easy it is to find the accessible entrance, steps/ramps/pathways from the curb ramp/sidewalk to the door, width of entrance door, lip under the entrance door, presence of automatic door openers, reachability of the door handle, and the weight of the door.
Details
The entrance/exit door is a set of two doors, with no automatic door openers
There are maneuvering clearance for both doors on the inside and the outside of the location
The door handles are at accessible heights and do not require pinching, grasping, or twisting of the wrist
The width of each door when opened is about 34 inches, and the threshold underneath the doors is not difficult to navigate over
The door is easy to swing open, but could be considered difficult to initially unlatch the door

Water/ Refreshments/ Snacks
Description of Section
This includes the accessibility of water fountains/drinking coolers (height off the ground & space around), the reachability of complimentary water/refreshments/snacks.
Details
There is a table with snacks and plates on it, another table with tea and sugar on it, and a counter in the kitchenette area that has a coffee machine on it - all these items are less than 48 inches above the floor
Staff is more than happy to bring these items to customers upon request.

Interior Pathways
Description of Section
This includes accessibility of lifts/ramps/elevators, signage to find accessibility features, widths of pathways, cleanliness of pathways, how steep pathways are, presence of inaccessible areas, and the weight/lip/height of handles & knobs of doors not covered by other sections.
Details
Almost all pathways, besides the pathways within the classrooms/“studios”, are at least 36 inches wide and are level
Some pathways within the classroom/“studios” might be less than 36 inches wide, but staff can move around furniture upon request to prioritize the width of the pathway closest to the door
There are carpets to navigate over in the pathways located in the entrance area and in Studios A, B, and D
There is signage on the classroom doors to indicate which Studio each is, but there is no directional signage to point out where Studios B and D are, or where the bathroom is

Seating
Description of Section
This includes the heights of seating and table surfaces, if the seating is removable in all functional areas and if employees are around to help with seating.
Details
All seats have surfaces at accessible heights in the location, and all seats and tables are movable
The tables in Studios A and C do not have vertical clearances of 27 inches underneath them
Instructors or staff will be around to help with moving around seats and furniture upon request

Bathroom
Description of Section
This includes bathrooms being labeled as accessible, the width of bathroom and accessible stall doors, location of doors, height of door openers off the floor, weight of doors, presence of appropriate grab bars, the ability for a customer using a wheelchair to completely turn around in the bathroom/accessible stall, the height of the flush controls off the floor, the reachability of the sink/toilet paper/soap/drying equipment/lights, and the height of mirrors off the floor.
Details
There is one bathroom, which is not labeled as accessible
The bathroom door is not difficult to open force-wise, does not require pinching, twisting, or grasping to open or lock, does not have a lip underneath it, has handles at accessible heights, and has an opening that is 34 inches wide
The general layout and dimensions of the bathroom is accessible and spacious, however there is a dresser and rug in the bathroom that could make it slightly difficult for some customers to navigate or turn around in the bathroom
There are 3 grab bars around the toilet in appropriate locations
The toilet paper is about 9-10 inches from the center of the front of the toilet, and is on a portable stand which customers might move
The lights switches are not at accessible heights off the floor, and the lights are not automatic
The sink and soap bottles are at accessible heights in the bathrooms, and the mirror, paper towels, and Febreeze are not
The pipes underneath the sink are insulated, but there is a trash can that restricts the approach to and underneath the sink

Description of Section
This includes the presence of accessibility features to make this establishment go above and beyond the accessibility of other establishments of the same type.
Details
There is a field on the registration form for classes that allows customers to indicate if any accommodations are needed
Employees are going or have gone through a disability etiquette training to differentiate their customer service
